There have been some cool things developing at Faith Church and it's multiple locations. In case you missed these things, I wanted to let you know what's happening.
-At Faith-Valpo, the beginning stages of the Catalyst Ministry (18-20 somethings) has been under way. With Valpo University across the street, it makes sense to provide opportunities for service and growth for this dynamic audience. We have also committed to increase "in-person" teaching at Valpo and Cedar Lake to twice a month from once a month.
-At Faith-West, our emerging multi-site campus in Sheridan, IL, our brothers and sisters are moving and shaking. Pastor Bob preached in person there a couple of weeks ago and also led the new members "Discovery Class". About 20 people attended the class and several are joining through profession of their faith! Faith-West also had a "Horse Show" that drew about 100 people, developed relationships and raised money for the ministry of Faith-West. Cool Stuff!
-At Faith-Cedar Lake, the relationship with Hanover Central High School remains strong. The CAC (Community Arts Center) has seen increased activity. In the coming weeks, the space will be used for a small wedding ceremony, an art show fund raiser and a high school girls mini-church among other things. Our current regular office hours for the CAC are Mondays and Thursdays from 9am-3pm. The space can be used at other times by various groups by calling the office to reserve a time.
-At Faith-Dyer, 200 kids are on campus this week for Spring Hill day camp...25 are un-churched! The leadership of Faith Church is also diligently working on restructuring the staff and government to better fit a church that minsters in many different locations. The worship cd is also getting closer to completion!
-The highly anticipated Faith-Hammond campus has a core team and is currently searching for a site to operate from. Connections are being made in the community and Pastor Ron and his team are developing a unique missional strategy to reach those far from God.
Lots of good stuff and plenty of challenges! God is using His church to reach a larger region and to influence an entire denomination.
Dave,
Thanks for the update on multi-sites, it was very informative and I love the picture of Mr. Ed! He obviously likes Faith West! What's been going on with you?

Erin and I are looking forward to joining the new Hammond site, though we will miss some of our Dyer family.

“I love San Juan Capistrano, our lifestyle, the people, the city’s small town atmosphere. Both my wife Chris and I are active in our community every day.”

Some times in the past, I search articles which can be extremely interesting and humors, and the particular primary standpoint is extremely clearly that contentment in control of personal side. Only smile every day and simply think living, carry out a lot more, receive additional, all of us be strongly confident.
